We will have a wide variety of our vegetables, herbs, sprouts and specialty, baby micro-green, cut-to-order, available at Chicago’s Green City Market on Wednesdays and Saturdays from May through December and at Urbana’s Market at the Square Saturdays, May through November. We will also be selling fresh, cut-and-pressed-to-order wheat grass juice shots and a menu of snacks, salads sandwiches and wraps featuring our sprouts, baby micro-greens and seasonal organic produce.

If you would like to pick up full trays of wheatgrass, sunflower greens, or snow pea shoots, or half trays of any of our baby micro-greens, please call the office the day before to reserve your request and insure availability.
