We grow all of our sprouts and baby micro-greens in a controlled, indoor environment. In order to allow Mother Nature to perform these little miracles for us, we maintain control over temperature, humidity, hours of light, and nutrients. Putting germination and growth of these magic little seeds into a factory schedule requires a great deal of appreciation, respect, and a certain degree of awe for natural processes.
Finding ways to cooperate with nature, rather than compete against her, is one of our secrets to producing beautiful, sturdy sprouts and baby micro-greens with great vitality and shelf life. Providing the ideal conditions for Mother Nature (yes, we pamper her) to do her best also allows us to sleep better at night, knowing that we are doing our part to protect this planet.
