Janice Weldon was born in Beijing, China and moved to the Champaign-Urbana area in 1992.  She graduated from Illinois State University in 2008 with a degree in Psychology and worked with individuals with mental disorders before starting her position of HACCP coordinator at Tiny Greens in January of 2010.  She gravitated toward the company due to her interest in conservation, sustainability, and love for nature, and her work with mental disorders perfectly prepared her for working in this office.

As the HACCP coordinator Janice is responsible for creating and maintaining food safety documents and records, and ensuring the sanitation and safety of the products and facility.  She also handles the daily paperwork and other odds and end tasks around the office like feeding the animals and protecting Sherry’s pens’ from Bill.

In her spare time Janice loves eating, drinking and being merry with friends and family.  She also enjoys music, art, traveling and aspires to become a neuroscientist.  Janice lives in Champaign with her husband and their 3 “kiddies” Bruce, Wiley and Smokey.
