We grow a wide variety of vegetables in our outdoor plot from May through November, available at local Farmers’ Markets. We have been fortunate to be able to expand three fold this year thanks to a new partnership! This season we have planted beets, zucchini, okra, yellow squash, broccoli, two varieties of radishes, three baby lettuce mixes, edible flowers, carrots, red kale, yellow and rainbow chard, onions, scallions, spinach, as well as several varieties of hot and sweet peppers and tomatoes. We also grow arugula, basil, chives, cilantro, dill, mint, oregano, rosemary, sage, and thyme in our herb beds.
