We grow a wide variety of vegetables in our outdoor plot from May through November, available at local Farmers’ Markets. We have planted close to one acre this season, including purple, red-cored and white carrots, purple and white scallions, Swiss chard, kale, spinach, broccoli, French breakfast radishes, beets, turnips, tomatillos, cherry and beefsteak tomatoes and several varieties of sweet bell and hot peppers.

We also grow arugula, basil, chives, cilantro, dill, mint, oregano, rosemary, sage, and thyme in our herb beds.
